LOTUS OF THE HEART

PRAYER THOUGHT... MARCH 10

Today, we acknowledge that we, in our finite mind, cannot grasp the Infinite. Yet, we can experience something of the Mystery by relaxing into our shared unknowing, even if for one moment. So, we stop for a moment, we breathe naturally and gladly, we smile, and we receive the aliveness of Now.

A Prayer Thought is posted daily at Lotus of the Heart, on Facebook. We welcome you there for all postings of Lotus of the Heart ministries.

Arem shares a Zen story speaking of living the Aliveness, with no separation between what we do, so that we are equally alive and awake, and meditative, regardless of what we are doing in each moment.
